We securely collect approved city pages, documents, and other public information through a process designed for dependable, automated updates.
The AI agent indexes approved content into a city-specific knowledge base that can refresh daily or weekly as information changes.
When a resident asks a question, Curia.IQ finds the most relevant passages from the city’s approved sources.
Residents receive a clear, plain-language response with direct links to the official information supporting the answer.
After resolving a question, Curia.IQ can invite the resident to opt in to city email or text updates. With their consent, an API adds them to the appropriate list instantly—without staff follow-up.
No reliable supporting source? Curia.IQ can say so clearly instead of inventing an answer.

Meeting-record intelligence for local government
Give residents a faster way to find what their council discussed, proposed, amended, and approved. Curia.IQ searches the public meeting record in plain language and points residents back to the agenda, packet, minutes, or attachment behind the answer.
A focused search experience
City websites are useful for current services and general information. Council records answer a different set of questions: What was placed on the agenda? What did the council discuss? Who made a motion? What action was approved? When did the vote occur? Curia.IQ gives those records their own search experience so residents can explore the public meeting history directly.
Ask about agenda items, staff reports, resolutions, motions, votes, public hearings, and the issues scheduled for discussion.
Search across indexed meeting dates and record types instead of opening one meeting page at a time and guessing which document contains the answer.
Responses can link residents to the underlying agenda, packet, minutes, or attachment so they can verify the source and read the full context.
Trained on the meeting record
The agenda-search index is built specifically from the jurisdiction’s public meeting records: city council agendas, agenda packets, meeting minutes, resolutions, staff reports, and related attachments.
It is not trained on general website data. That separation keeps the search focused on council business and lets a city offer a distinct way to explore public decisions, discussions, and votes. The city’s regular website content can remain available through a separate resident-information assistant or search experience.
Show residents that transparency can be searchable, understandable, and connected to the official record.

Common questions
What local government teams want to know before getting started with Curia.IQ.
Talk to our teamNo. Curia.IQ uses retrieval at answer time. Approved public-facing city or county content is indexed so the assistant can locate relevant information, but it is not used to retrain or fine-tune the underlying Google Gemini foundation model.
If official guidance is not publicly available, Curia.IQ does not guess. Instead, the assistant can identify the responsible department and provide an available phone number, email address, or 311 link. The unanswered question can also be logged anonymously so staff can see which topics may need clearer public documentation.
Yes. Every supported answer is traceable to official public information. Curia.IQ can cite the source used for the response, such as a municipal-code section, ordinance, department policy page, official website page, meeting agenda, or agenda packet, with a link residents can open for themselves.
Yes. Curia.IQ is designed to embed into common municipal website environments and index approved public-facing pages and documents. We provide two small pieces of code for your webmaster to install; a typical installation takes about five minutes. More complex integrations, including 311 or ticketing systems, can be evaluated as a custom request.
Anonymous unanswered-question logs can show what residents are trying to find but cannot currently locate on the website. These patterns can support content planning, reveal recurring service questions, and help identify future 311 or workflow-integration opportunities.
Our Trust & Security page explains the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform data boundary, model-training protections, source-grounding controls, accessibility targets, and responsible-AI approach. Curia.IQ's core knowledge base is limited to government information and open records that are already publicly available.
